The Development Journey
Concept & Challenge
The journey began with identifying a critical gap in home healthcare management. Existing solutions were either too generic or overly complex. We needed to create a system that balanced comprehensive functionality with ease of use for caregivers who often work under time constraints and varying conditions.

This led to the dual-interface approach: a streamlined mobile app for caregivers in the field and a comprehensive admin panel for managers and coordinators. Every feature was validated through user testing with actual healthcare professionals.
Technical Implementation
The development team faced significant challenges in creating a system that worked reliably in areas with poor connectivity. We implemented a robust offline-first architecture using React Native for the mobile app and React with Next.js for the admin panel. The backend was built with Node.js and GraphQL, with MongoDB as the primary database.
